The Pulse8 Carnival "Diplomats" C2K8: Anyone signing up with Pulse8 Carnival in a participating "Diplomats" section* will receive a FREE bag full of useful Carnival goodies (think UV Shades, Sun-block, Disposable Camera, Rag etc.).
